Lee, BSN, RN is the Clinical Practice Development Director at Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center and RegenCen, and a trusted Aesthetic and Regenerative Consultant. Since joining CSLC in 2009, Lee has become a pillar of patient care and provider development, leading our teams across Florida and Michigan in delivering comprehensive, whole-person treatment plans that span aesthetics, hormone optimization, and regenerative medicine.With a clinical background in obstetrics and gynecology and over 15 years of experience as a cosmetic injector, Lee brings both deep medical insight and an artistic eye to every consultation. She is known for her thoughtful, educational approach—guiding patients through a highly personalized experience that blends beauty and longevity care.

As Clinical Practice Development Director, Lee helps shape the RegenCen patient experience and provider training programs, ensuring the highest standards of care. She designs integrative treatment plans for patients interested in Botox, dermal fillers, Ultherapy, Sculptra, and advanced skin rejuvenation, as well as bioidentical hormone therapy, vaginal rejuvenation, and menopause care.
