Karmen was an exciting addition to our Traverse City Cosmetic Skin and Laser Center team as an expert Medical Esthetician and Cosmetic Coordinator in 2017, joining us with 17 years’ experience as an esthetician and a wealth of aesthetic treatment knowledge from her position at a dermatology office in Ohio. Karmen completed the Full Skincare Specialist program at the Florida College of Natural Health in 2002.

She is both exuberant and down-to-earth, and you can’t miss her awesome laugh in the office. Her favorite part of her position is customizing treatment programs and anti-aging facial treatments for clients so they have the best path to achieve their skin or body rejuvenation goals, then watching their improvement along the way. When she’s not working, Karmen loves spending time with her two children and pup.

(6) Andrea Dunklow, FNP-C NP

CLINICAL LEAD, MASTER INJECTOR

Andrea Dunklow, FNP-C, was Born in Traverse City, Michigan. She was raised in Ellsworth, Michigan and returned to Traverse City in 1997 after graduating high school (Ellsworth High School).

She began her career at Munson Medical Center in 2000 as a phlebotomist and transitioned quickly to the ER. EMT-B (May 2000) followed by her Paramedic License (Baker College) (Aug 2002) and then started working for NorthFlight.

She earned her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) (Dec 2004) and Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) (May 2006) both from Northwestern Michigan College (NMC), then her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Dec 2009) from Ferris State University. Andrea has had an all RN career in ER as well as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE).

Andrea holds her Masters of Science of Nursing (MSN) from Graceland University (May 2014), earned while working as a nurse practitioner between the ER and Clinical Observation Unit with the final five years full-time in the ER.

She obtained certification from Aesthetic Medical Educators Training for Botox and Fillers in April of 2021 and joined our team at Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center in November 2023.

Andrea truly enjoys making every patient feel and look their best and she takes passion in navigating a personalized journey together.

Her personal strengths include multi-tasking, being adaptable and dependable while her professional strengths include being approachable, compassionate, and always being a team player. Her wealth of knowledge along with her dedicated care for our patients and her fellow employees have turned her into the perfect Clinical Lead.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Andrea spending time with her kids - they’re awesome just like their mom! She loves enjoying all of what northern Michigan offers in the summer and spending time with friends. During the winter she loves getting out of the cold and visiting the sunshine - with SPF of course!

Hanna Beardsley, Aesthetician

MASTER AESTHETICIAN, FACIALIST

Hanna was a welcome addition to our Naples Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center team in 2023. She graduated from Summit Salon Academy in 2018 & Washington Laser Institute, where she received her Master Esthetician License in 2019. Originally from Kingston, Washington, she made the move from Olympia, Washington to Naples, Florida in 2021.

Hanna is impassioned by the results-driven nature of the aesthetic industry; her own skin’s transformation by an esthetician led to her desire to provide those same confidence-boosting results for her own clients. Hanna values establishing trusting relationships and is talented at putting people at ease during their treatments.

Outside of the office you’ll likely find Hanna at the gym or playing with her puppy, Blu.
